What Iran is saying that is not acceptable is that Israel must not exist but some Israelis too are saying Palestine must not exist and Palestinians must remain state less and they are still succeeding for now.

It does not change the fact that if Israel wants to be the only nuclear power in the middle east, then it needs to lobby the members of the UNSC. The status does not mean much though because you can never use the nukes except you are ready to be nuked in return.

Iran can't use nukes either even if they had them unless they are ready to be nuked in return but nuclear proliferation should be curtailed and that can't and shouldn't be a task to be done by any country alone.

Israel has not confirmed having nukes but experts know it is not reasonable to think they don't because they have enough enriched uranium and the same now applies to Iran
