Elusive001:If you can afford to pay your children school fees , we have thousands of people who could not afford. During my days, i know so many students who dropped out just because of fee. May u ask ASUU chairman about the 2009 agreement that was just signed at the beginnimg of this year. If you dont know you ask. Dont just be master of ignorance.
