Tensions surrounding the 2027 political landscape appear to be intensifying after a group of angry protesters reportedly pulled down a campaign billboard of Bola Ahmed Tinubu in Edo State. Witnesses said the crowd gathered around the billboard before bringing it down, expressing frustration and chanting slogans that suggested growing dissatisfaction among some members of the public. The incident has since sparked conversations online and in political circles, with observers linking the act to rising public anger over governance and the early build-up to the 2027 elections in Nigeria. While authorities have yet to release an official statement on the development, the episode highlights the increasingly charged atmosphere surrounding national politics as the next electoral cycle gradually approaches.

Exactly!!

He lack honesty. He is not a reliable leaders. Leaders are known to keep their words.

They said all manners of things against GEJ. They insulted and ridiculed GEJ over:
1) Insecurity
2) Subsidy removal
3) Electricity
4) Appointment of Igbos
5) Exchange rate
6) Etc

I challenge all APC-Buhari-Tinubu's supporters boldly tell us any area for which they insulted GEJ that Buhari and Tinubu did and have done better than GEJ. In what way has the APC improved the lives of Nigeria better than the PDP/GEJ?

Tinubu shouldn’t just seek reelection, he should first justify it.
What exactly would his campaign promise be this time?
And what has he done to convince Nigerians he deserves another four years?

Only a wicked devil who has soul his/her soul will want Tinubu to return, Jonathan didn't get get this low and everyone was against him... But look at this failure of a president, because he gave you money and 1kg of rice, you are supporting him to continue with wickedness...

Don't call yourself a Child of God, if you are amongst those selling your vote.

If Tinubu can't convincingly win states like Edo, then he has a problem confronting him...

His government has been an embarrassment and a humungous disappointment to the Nigerian people. He has failed on his promises on all fronts. We need to make sure our votes count this time around. Insist on electronic transmission of results.

Wait, wait, wait bros. You dey wait for the justification of why Tinubu should seek for re-election? I wish you long wait. By the time you have waited for 600 years, without any iota of the justification, you go advise yourself.

Go and tell the parents of university undergraduate who are benefitting from Nelfund. You can also go to ASUU and convince them not to vote for PBAT.
Yes we have challenges of insecurity no doubt about it. I ask opposition to mention what would they do different to make life better for nigerians

stop pretending to have decorum helinues. You should first of all ask if it's supporters of a particular party who destroyed the billboards or angry Edolites across spectrum besides, a presidential candidate's convoy was shot at in that same state and nobody "important" from your group complained or took it seriously

You are indeed funny

So these are why an ordinary Nigerian ought to vote Tinubu? This is the height of "planlessness"

If I may ask, what are they benefiting from NELFUND and what has lecturers benefited? The less than $150 added to lecturers you mean? Is that why a reasonable lecturers should vote for Tinubu?

Let's assume that the above is even true, what percentage of Nigerians benefit from these?

So N200k is what would make someone vote for Tinubu? Poverty is really evil.

So with the billions of dollars borrowed, the mad increase in taxes, levies, etc, the increases in import duties, the increases you guys claimed that have been recorded in oil and solid minerals, etc, NELFUND and lecturers" salary increase are why an ordinary Nigerian should vote for tinubu?

Bros I dey shame for you.

If you can afford to pay your children school fees , we have thousands of people who could not afford. During my days, i know so many students who dropped out just because of fee.
May u ask ASUU chairman about the 2009 agreement that was just signed at the beginnimg of this year.

If you dont know you ask. Dont just be master of ignorance.

Not everybody could see what the givernment is doing on economy. For those who knows much than you and i , they have given positive nod to government policy on economy.

Just be open minded , dont close ur mind to positive thing that is happening around you.

With this logic, should we say the disgruntled ADC members in Edo state are the one who attacked Peter Obi when he visited Oyegun the other time?

Bros what has tinubu done for ASUU? Tell us bros.

Who made those parents as you said not to be able to pay their children's school fees? Who plunged them into the poverty? Has your APC-Buhari-Tinubu not been in power since 2015?

Bros how many Nigerians are benefiting from the so-called NELFUND? How much are they given? Do you know that whatever NELFUND gives is LOAN that must be repaid? So you think that the peanuts it gives is for free?

So with the billions of dollars borrowed, the mad increase in taxes, levies, etc, the increases in import duties, the increases you guys claimed that have been recorded in oil and solid minerals, etc, NELFUND and lecturers" salary increase are why an ordinary Nigerian should vote for tinubu? Even with the trillions allegedly saved from petroleum subsidy removal, na these be what he has done to benefit an ordinary Nigerian.
