Firing missiles on civilian targets are tactics to used to break the will of the civilian population similar to Nazi Germany firing V2 rocket on London during WW2.

Iran is hitting Israel freely because the irony dome have long been destroyed. Even Hisbollah flew a drone with camera over northern Israel for 23 minutes and the drone returned with massive information about Israel strategic structures.
