Iran only supplied a handful of drones (Shahed-136) which Russia replicated and now produces (Geran-2) on its own. Infact Russia supplied Iran with these newly modified drones and Iran has been using it in this war. Google it.

North Korea supplied shells and some missiles. The North Korean missiles are a cheaper knock off version of the Russian missile. They basically copied Russia.

Russia purchased them because it is cheaper than waster expensive Russian missiles on Ukraine.

Russia in turn supplied more advanced weapons to both North Korea and Iran. Weapons they've been struggling to develop for decades.

Going by your logic, the US received help from Norway, Switzerland, UK, Germany, since they also but weapons from these countries.

The US & Israel & the Gulf countries are flying bombing missions together, fighting together and defending each other. That is what receiving help looks like. Buying and selling weapons is not help. Cuz if Iran doesn't sell to Russia, they'll buy from other countries.
