Nobody is responsible for Nigerians and African at large lack of development. They have greedy and self serving leaders unlike the places you mentioned. Brazil, Bangladesh and other countries got independence almost the same year but those countries have seen wider development across the sectors of their country because they are intentional about development and making their countries to work

People here think being a US enlisted (recruit) soldier is considered in the US a glamorous profession, actually being a soldier in Nigeria is more glamorous. Except you went to a military academy and become an officer, which 99.9% of Nigerians in the US military never took that route, so all this recruit job that this Nigerians sign up for thinking they are now special, you are nothing to the system just an expendable cannon fodder.
