For those of you who don't know, stage 4 is essentially terminal. IN other words, it's not a matter of if, it is a matter of when.

Here is how we stage cancer, for the mammary glands

Stage I (small, mobile tumor)..best option if you got breast cancer
Stage II (larger/mobile axillary nodes)..may have spread to the axilla (armpit to you guys)..still good chances there.
Stage III (fixed tumor/nodes, skin involvement)...things are getting serious, but might live
Stage IV (distant metastasis)...the worst thing. Any treatment is just to improve quality of life or give you an extra year or two

How bad is the 5year survival rate for stage 4 cancer in Nigerian women: 13.8-16% . In other words, there is a high chance you join your ancestors in five years if you get the diagnosis.

So, ladies (and men, yes men..)...always check your selves and your body..and HERE IS HOW TO DO IT.

Take your life very seriously.

Quit junk food, that's the beginning of good and healthy Living. Any food that is processed is bad for the health and when you start eating it, that is the beginning of your problem health-wise.

Take fasting and workout seriously, those two are non-negotiable when it comes to your health.
