No death or disturbing casualties to isrealis side and US since the start of the war that Iran had been sending missiles that mis target. Only Iran achievement is attacking their neighbouring Muslim nations killing their Muslim brothers and sisters employed to work in where they suspected as US infrastructure outside US.

Outside that, there is no other achievement to Iranian millitary since the start of the war.
