If you stay at good estate and have something better doing, is it not better to stay in Nigeria than all these African countries.

They battled with poor internet service, then battled with terrible power supply, chaotic transportation system, chaotic cities, extreme begging culture, no proper tourism sites, nothing to see for the forigners, roads are so bad. As we speak, just two years ago, that company had over 190 African americans on tour of ghana in December alone. Tour of Egypt dey gather huge numbers. The owner of the company told me, Morocco is well advanced than almost all african countries. In the west africa, he said Ghana is more stable, advanced and friendly to live in. Nigeria is the worse and they removed Nigeria from their travel list. The current data of their tour is crazy, and these tours bring in money for these countries. Ghana is hot now, the rate of forigners moving there is alarming. It is due to stability and electricity. A lot of hotels in Ghana dont have generator. Hope u know what that means? That is super trust on their power sector. Same as Morocco. They also tour Namibia, that country has some of the best roads in the world Their road network even beat roads in many European countries
Govt respect citizens a lot. If I am to raise a family, I will love to do that in Namiba, peaceful, cordinated, simple life, neat cities, amazing roads with no pot holes. Me that love to drive sport looking cars. Omo, we dey suffer for Nigeria. We are just noisy and we have no plans of fixing population that is largely uneducated.

Tourism is giving that country serious boost. I know many who visited, returned and stayed in the country. Like I know many who did that. Nothing beats stability. We could drive in Ghana around 2Am in the night, road is free, relatively good and safe. Infact, Ghana is safer than America. Americans on tour confirmed that.

If you’re landing in Lagos (assuming Murtala Muhammed International Airport), your best bet is to stay around Ikeja GRA or Ajao Estate. Those areas are 5–15 mins from the airport, so you won’t stress in the morning.

Instead of just hotels, you might want to check serviced apartments (shortlets). They’re usually cleaner, more private, and often have better WiFi since they’re set up more like a home than a hotel.
