It's better nau. You want so many unwanted children roaming through street. That time, condom was not popular. Condom became popular around 1991 or 1992 sef.

And abortion was not really a crime that time.

I don't see anything wrong in Abortion. A fetus is only a human upon their first breathe of life. A fetus is not a baby. If it comes unplanned, and the parents seeks to terminate it due to their inability to cater for more children, they should go ahead.
