Oyster Towers at Eko Atlantic City, Victoria Island.

Today, I attended the groundbreaking ceremony of Oyster Towers at Eko Atlantic City, Victoria Island.

This project, being developed by Veritasi and Cooplag, is planned as a high-rise residential tower with apartments designed for both living and investment.

This development reflects the steady growth we are seeing across the state, particularly in Eko Atlantic, which continues to attract strong investment. It also speaks to the confidence in our city and its future, as well as the progress made by developers who are delivering quality projects at scale.

I still remember the Black Pearl then but today, it is physically there for about a decade till now.

I can see that, like others, the parking lot is in floors, freeing up the ground floor for aesthetics and free entry and exit.

If the owners are serious and not playing to the gallery like some others then this project can attain fruition like Black Pearl.

Make the building sha no fall during construction ooo cos the rate at which building deh collapse in Lag both old and new is worrisome. Make them use quality materials and experience engineers for this project, it'll be beautiful when completed.
