Stay strong guys, I understand how you guys feel, that’s why it’s called aggressive investing. I am prepared because Market move in circle, you are not in loss yet unless you sell out of panic. I started with ₦10,183,016.20 in Feb 2nd, it increased to ₦12,151,549.04 in Feb 27, then increased again to₦12,421,045.18 in Mar 6, as of today Mar 26, it is ₦12,429,417.64. AI will always say Q1 is typically the strongest quarter in the Nigerian market. Dividend season (Q1–Q2) drives a lot of returns. Q3 is usually the weakest. Q4 varies depending on macroeconomic conditions. So invest wisely
Re: Equity Investment. by Nobody: 9:44pm On Mar 26
Tbh, the market is sluggish at the moment due to the war, which has led to skyrocketing oil prices. Once the dividend season is over, let's hope the market enters a new phase.

This is why I do not understand that " guys" multiple comments...

I started late January for some and February for others....

In all my equity....it's only Zenith balanced nonsense that is below the initial capital....

All others..... with the sluggishness this March has dealt on them....my capital hasn't been affected still.....

The only funds that hasn't recovered are my Daughter's money in UCAP equity and ARM halal fund.... which was funded early this month ( March)

UCAP as an investment company lack honesty and integrity, tell me one good reason why they refuse to credit my 5.6m since last week Wednesday the 18th, now they re-initiated the withdrawal on Tuesday 24th, it was verified and approved for payment but up till this moment nothing has been paid. They have stopped picking my calls or responding to mails, WhatsApp and in-app chats. Naija will never change I swear.

Please who else knows more about the Stanbic ETF 30 , they have done more than 500% in just 3 months. That's huge and no one is talking about it.

Yup yup we do. We also track the ASI daily to know a green day in advance. Infact as early as 11am on a trading day, some folks here can already tell what the day will bring. Oh, i’d be remiss if i don’t mention that some fund managers are in the habit of updating YTD performance by 1am in the night. We make it a habbit to catch them dead center in the middle of the act too
fair enough, I prefer a monthly or at most weekly tracking

If I intend to open another equity fund, I won't mind Paramount though but for now CS is fine for me

Gold and silver have been outperforming my other ETFs for weeks now. Dividend season is fundamental as investors would balance and adjust their portfolios as cashflow comes in.

Learning and readjusting. I was on 30+ ROI last week but ended the week 25% as at today

I feel the war has its impact, also the bull season is easing. Companies with strong fundamentals are the best bet for investors till another big bull season starts again

Silver is actually a better option and very stable investment. Many people don't pay attention to silver due to it being seen in the public as the junior to Gold and diamonds

Italians trade silver more. I follow some jewelers on IG. Small thing you hear 'mazalitto'😂😂

Hello, i want to start trading stocks. But i need a broker that supports trading view, has A LOT of stocks (as many as IBKR), and very low fees. Also easy deposit and withdrawal. Please suggest any you know or have used well. I have done research and i came across XTB

Haha, actually, silver usually outperforms gold due to its industrial usability. EV, AI component, and manufacturing companies invest heavily in silver. People buy gold primarily as a safe-haven asset to protect wealth during economic instability, high inflation, or geopolitical crises and currency devaluation. Nevertheless, I still prefer silver. The ongoing war might not end soon; I just hope both parties will come to a final conclusion soon.

It's in everyone's interest for a mutual agreement btw the waring parties. But I still envisage some more bombings by USA & Israel to force Iran to the negotiation table

Iran is stubborn; however, the Strait of Hormuz basically controls oil shipments. I just hope the USA and Israel will come to the negotiation table, as Israel might not want the war to end quickly. Diesel and fuel prices are up where I currently reside; moreover, the government is trying to set up some compensation and budget to relieve the citizens.

I'm hearing some worrying news about a security compromise involving customer data at Sterling and possibly affecting CardinalStone partners. Has anyone else confirmed this? Regardless, I’d advise everyone to change their login details immediately and maybe move your funds to a secondary account for now just to be on the safe side. Safety first o!

What has sterling bank got to do with cardinal stone login? I don't see the connection here.
