1. I didn't like Thiago in midfield, he is too soft, too stylish, more concerned about his flick and waist turning to make a no look 5meter pass. Dembele might be the preferred RW, Mbappe LW and a fodder like Thuram for 9. I think that is their best formation

I don't think he will just change a formation and set up he has never used in almost a year at the world cup. He has constantly picked a 4 man attack. Maybe in some games he might go more solidity.

Ekitake and Thuram fights for the striker position. That's how I see it going by his recent team selections.
