You are right, the other day I saw Boko indoctrinating kids with Army uniform and training them. What they should do is to create an awareness about birth control, give the kids/almajiri education and take them off the streets. The Hydra which is their main bossess should be eliminated without mercy just as Israel dey do him own. Then if they are remorseful give them second chance but I doubt this will happen cos the North knows what they are doing.

I understand your point, and truly the pain caused by terrorism makes people feel justice should be immediate and strict. But at the same time, the role of the military is also to protect and manage situations carefully. That’s a strong position and many people feel the same way. But the challenge is that security decisions are not always just emotional sometimes they involve intelligence, negotiation, and preventing further attacks. It’s not always as simple as eliminating everyone involved.

Exactly, and this is where the situation becomes complicated. Some of them are victims themselves before becoming perpetrators. That’s why many experts talk about separating hardened fighters from those who were forced or indoctrinated, especially young ones.

I understand the frustration, especially with how long insecurity has gone on and the pain people have experienced. But at the same time, reducing everything to anger alone may not solve the problem.

The military’s job is not just about force, but also strategy sometimes decisions are based on intelligence, long-term stability, and preventing more violence. Also, not everyone involved in these groups is the same; some are hardened fighters, while others were forced or misled into it.

As for leadership, accountability is important, and people have the right to question decisions. But solving insecurity will require more than just blame it needs better coordination, proper resources, and addressing the root causes as well.
