Well, the North gave Tinubu 5.6m votes after he was resoundingly rejected in the South. In other words, the so-called "hausa fulani hegemony" made Tinubu president when he failed in 14 Southern states out of 17. Where is the arrogance coming from? Tinubu is still yet to consolidate support in the entire South. He camouflages it with defected governors but the pulse of the voting electorates are clearly not with him. Tinubu should immediately step aside and support Obi before it's too late.
How did Tinubu failed in 14 from 17 southern states??

Person wey win 4 from 6 southern states??

Atiku is going nowhere than Dubai
Is that because you don't want our country to get back to PDP's 16 years of widespread prosperity that was built on the back of deregulation and privatisation policies, of which Atiku was the brainbox huh

What is your own personal joy in these 11 years of APC's extreme poverty, palliative sharing shege?

Neo-black Problem: Must Blacks Be Ruled by Whites in Order to Prosper?

In short, the neo-black dilemma may be framed as follows: is it better to live under white rule without political dignity but with basic life-sustaining standards for many;

or to live under black rule with illusory political dignity and without basic life- sustaining standards for the majority?

The path forward for Africa lies in cultivating higher and adequate levels of personal and communal agential integrity as well as full personal responsibility and productivity. Not to mention creativity (including epistemic creativity), productive justice (such as merit and freedom), harmony and reconciliation at local and international levels, and a proper domestication of capitalism and other related values and institutions.

Africa must stop wasting her time on dreams of socialism because it is a system of wealth distribution primarily. Whereas, capitalism is a system of wealth creation primarily, and wealth has to be produced before it can be distributed.

Elrufai was not on the ballot. The job he did for Tinubu cannot be quantified by the number of votes Tinubu got in Kaduna. 29% in Kaduna in an election where a formidable Atiku was also contesting is a huge win. Anyways, Elrufai and Atiku are now in the same party. Kaduna is a cosmopolitan state just like Lagos and votes will always get split but it is still the political capital of the North. Southern Kaduna voted Obi while Northern Kaduna splitted their votes between Atiku, Tinubu and Kwankwaso. Tinubu won only 4 states out of 17 Southern states. It was the margins he got across the North due to the efforts and messaging of the likes of Elrufai that made him president. Were the North supposed to love him more than he is loved at home? He was the only major presidential candidate that failed to win his own state in 2023.
The way you over rate el rufai is what has bloated his ego and made him think he is bigger than he actually is..... what should the likes of badaru, wamakko, matawalle, yari, masari, ganduje and co say when el rufai is beating his chest that he made tinubu president.......for tinubu to have fallen out so badly with elrufai,it must be that some revelations must have come up about el rufai's real motives in that 23 election.....if badaru, matawalle, wamakko, malaria, bagudu could get tinubu those numbers why couldn't el rufai if there wasn't anything sinister....ganduje lost Kano but he still got a higher margin than el rufai and even bested same atiku you claim was undefeatable in the north....masari and buhari lost by only 5k votes, sokoto too had very minimal margin......el rufai is a sly irredeemably unapologetic self indulging character.

After Buharis disasterous 8 years, coupled with his Fulani hegemony and failed agenda, The eyes of indigenous Nigerians are clear now. They know who the real problems of Nigeria are.

Atiku is on a lost course. He should just go back to Dubai and enjoy his riches as usual.
Is there a greater problem of our country than the Jagaban of Borgu who is more Fulani than the Sultan of Sokoto?

The serial betrayer of Yorubas and southerners should be on a lost cause to ojulowo omoluabis and patriotic southerners who are not tribalistic Stockholm syndrome sufferers.

My dad, victim of complex conspiracy – Kola Abiola

What role did Bola Tinubu play in all of these?

At the very beginning, he was part of the Yar’Adua PF group from Jos. He was a senator then, and as far as the group went, we related. The crisis started post-election. When Abacha came, one of the things he wanted to do was to be the administrator for Lagos.

That is Tinubu?

Yes. I am sure you have seen pictures of him and my dad. He was hoping that there would be civilian administrators like we had under IBB but Abacha said no, that he was going to have military administrators. So he (Tinubu) said okay, in that case, can I be a deputy administrator? But Abacha said that there wouldn’t be deputies. Then he wanted the post of a commissioner.

He wanted to be a commissioner?

Yes. Then it was a choice between him and someone very close to Jakande who has passed on now. I can’t remember his name, but because Babagana was already in the government, that guy was picked as commissioner. But really, Senator Tinubu had lost out already.

Was Tinubu very close to MKO?

Yes, he was close enough. He and Adeniyi Adele, a very good guy, were close to my father. In fact, Adeniyi was closer to my father and more dedicated to the process than anyone of them. When my documentary comes out, you will see Tinubu’s take on issues. So once he lost out, automatically, he became a NADECO member and Adeniyi was incarcerated.

How we foiled Jonathan’s effort to make Mulika Adeola Speaker, Akande reveals

AS president in 2011, Goodluck Jonathan did all he could to ensure South West grabbed the country’s number four seat, including lobbying then opposition leaders from the zone, to no avail. The North West eventually grabbed the seat, supported by South West leaders in opposition to then ruling party, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).

Former Governor of Osun State and now statesman, Chief Bisi Akande, made this revelation in his autobiography, “My Participations” which is currently dominating political and national dis- course.

Aminu Tambuwal, now Sokoto State governor, won the seat, against the preferred pick of his party, Mrs Mulikat Adeola Akande, from the South-West. Defunct Action Congress of Nigeria, then a fledging opposition, which had Akande and his soulmate, former Lagos State governor, Senator Bola Tinubu, as front- line leaders, openly asked its elected members of the House of Representatives, mostly from the South-West, to work against their region and back Tambuwal from North-West.

The opposition party’s support carried Tambuwal through the contest against Akande, then ruling party’s favourite for the speakership seat.

In his book, Chief Akande revealed that former president then as incumbent, personally reached out to Tinubu, who is now believed to be nursing presidential aspiration in 2023 and himself, but couldn’t convince them.

He wrote, “President Jonathan, immediately after the meeting (with political parties), called Bola Tinubu aside into a lobby to broach the matter of ACN support for a choice of who would become the Speaker of the House of Representatives.

“That same day, President Jonathan talked to me on phone about the same matter. He disclosed that PDP had zoned the position to the South-West but that only one Muraina and another Mulika won elections on PDP ticket from the zone into the House of Representatives.

How Indorama sustains manufacturers, boosts Nigeria’s FX earnings

Indorama Eleme Petrochemicals Limited (IEPL) has emerged as a major value creator in the Nigerian economy. It is responsible for the survival, growth and sustenance of many manufacturing companies in Nigeria today. A large number of plastic and allied firms depend on the Eleme-based company for petrochemical resins (or polymer resins) which serve as their raw materials.

The petrochemical company is just one of the several subsidiaries of Indorama-Nigeria Group, which also comprises Indorama Eleme Fertilizer & Chemicals Limited (IEFCL), Indorama PET Nigeria Limited, and Indorama Port Operations.

Since Indorama Corporation of Indonesia became core investor in the old Eleme Petrochemicals Company Limited (EPCL) in 2006 through privatisation programme of the Federal Government, the group has become a game changer in the Nigerian economy.

The petrochemical company has solved the major challenge facing a number of manufacturers— poor access to raw materials. Rather than scramble for foreign exchange to import inputs, the company ensures that manufacturers have access to their critical raw materials, enabling them to save costs and improve margins.

The major resins used by plastic and allied companies are polyethylene and polypropylene. Indorama produces about 45 grades of these products for various industries. About 600 of such companies in Nigeria depend on IEPL for their survival. They are estimated to have over 90,000 workers.

I smell a rat with ADC and projecting ATIKU as their presidential candidate. The delay in organising their convention is deliberate.

Which governor will forgo 500 billion naira to join the ADC for free? How many governors delivered their states to Tinubu in 2023?
Did you see any governor getting 500 bil? How much did APC buy governors in 2015? A governor doesn't have to win his state, getting those significant votes while keeping the opposition in check is their main job. Atiku won three states in the south in 2023 and those three states had PDP governors. Infact, atiku has his highest votes where PDP had governors. You no Sabi politics

Today's exclusive from People's Gazette. Meanwhile, Tinubu is still persecuting Sanwo-olu via Ms Achimugu for allegedly funding Atiku in 2023. We will all learn politics together.

Okay you now admit that APC governors got 500 billion naira for palliative but non-APC governors didn't. Why then are you surprised that governors are defecting to APC? They are doing it for "their people".

Sule supported Osibanjo in 2023 and was alleged to have supported Atiku so it's nothing new. Tinubu still humiliated Atiku in nasarawa and will still humiliate him again
