Hello house pls help. I've tried to make payment via opay on aliexpress but kept failing. What could be the reason? The amount to be paid is 32k and I have about 37k in the opay account. Pls help me

I recently requested for a refund that was successful without issues, though a card transaction. Opay was supposed to be easier, why is it suddenly complicated?

Refund via OPay shouldn't have a problem but once AliExpress approves your refund but payment wasn't successful, the next thing is that screenshot the guy posted earlier. I had that scenario for 3 orders that arrived since November but yet to be cleared let alone delivered. The disputes were won but payments failed, gave them the required details but eventually sent me a mail that due to their policy blabla, they can only refund via coupon! I had to accept coupons cuz you'll even be given 24hrs timeline to accept or reject!! You don't respond within 24hrs, your refund case will be closed.

Shine your eyes o! AliExpress complaint process is now different from the old!! Simple but tricky that you may lose part of your money if you have multiple items in an undelivered single order.

Their problems with refunds is a bit odd though. I made a complaint to Temu about my order not being complete. They gave me a refund within two hours and told me to keep the item that was delivered for free.
The two of them are Chinese companies but Temu seems to be more efficient: their goods clear customs in hours unlike the days of AliExpress. However product selection is limited.
Tying someone's money for weeks is diabolical and is something I would expect a Nigerian company to do not a Chinese one

Are you serious? Temu items get cleared within hours?

I am here with regrets because the items I ordered to use for a job are still undergoing customs clearance, and from my calculations, they won't get to me on time. I'd have to buy the same item locally to execute the job - what a huge loss.

I checked Temu and saw that items are way cheaper than what I get on Aliexpress.

Anyone that recently received their Malaysia post package from nipost, how long did it take from the time it got to nigeria. Mine has been stuck here since, and post office here says it's not with them as at Monday.

Send a mail to the Nipost. They'll let you know where exactly it is. That's assuming it's been received by them.

I had 2 packages like that but from postNL since August last year and I haven't received then even till now. I reached out to NIPOST and they told me they could not find any information about the packages. But AE tracking says it cleared customs and are collected by local delivery courier. Till now, I still don't know the whereabouts of the packages.

They said it's with them and it's on the way to my nearest post office, I shoukd give them more time.

And i finally got my coupon back

I was forced to accept coupon after the seller decides to cancel my order

I ordered 3 items with the coupon presented
One of the orders was bad AliExpress begin tellme rules for my money again... I no gree for them oo constantly emailing and chatting customers care everyday if i no chat up to 15 customer service na small go remain

2 weeks is still a lot tho, mine got cleared about a week to when I’ll be eligible for refund. So keep your hopes high, they can still have it delivered.

You see the update: "hand over for last miles....?". That's where it always ends, and you could wait for eternity.
My item was in such a state for about 3 weeks until AliExpress itself suggested that I requested for a refund. It's terrible!

Isn't there a way to figure out why this is the case. Is it a case of intentional sabotage or just incompetence?

Someone with contact in customs and immigration should be able to help us figure this out.
