We know James Manager, Heiniken Lokpobiri. Many of them.
Others like Worldnorgree, Inorspoilpersonown, Shamedoncatchenemy, etc.

Horsfall is another. Na Oyinbo corrupt the Efik name from something else, to the nearest sounding English name.

You won't believe it until your hear it in Niger Delta. grin

I think many of us have come across some really funny or unusual names that make you pause and wonder what they actually mean.

Back in university, I had a friend whose name was Nigeria. The first time I met him and he told me his name, I was like, “Haaaaa!” 😄 I thought that was the strangest name I’d ever heard until I travelled to the South-South and started hearing names like Natural, President, Government, Manager, Ajalekoko, and more.

I’m sure these names have meaningful stories behind them for the people who bear them.
