They protested when fuel was ₦65/ltr.

Now, they have lost their voices when it is ₦1400/ltr.

It's not a must that people who protested over 12/14 years ago...

Must come back to protest again. Is it written anywhere that they must protest again.

Why can't the new cats do the needful?

You can hit the streets too if you are not slow.
You expect the same set of people you love to hate for their tribe to hit the street for you? Never is that happening. When they hit the streets against GEJ, there were equally other celebrities and public figures who were in support of GEJ and subsidy removal back then.
The question that highlights your hypocrisy is this. Why arent same people who supported GEJ removing the subsidy protesting against a Tinubu who opposed GEJ for eventually removing it? Why must it be those you love to hate doing the protest for you? Where are the pro-GEJ celebrities?

Same moronic pattern played out when GEJ was sidelined and it took similar groups to protest and start the fight for GEJ to be sworn in as president. After getring power, who did GEJ betray and who did he befriend? He befriended the north and was betrayed in 2015 but all the aggression was towards the SW for voting similar pattern they voted in 2011 pollls.

Where is Asari Dokubo who supported GEJ for removing it and still supported Tinubu at the time he removed it?

The issue is not about coming out to protest now
But subtle and sometimes brazen support for those things u vehemently protested about
Just because now ur padi padi kparakpor person is in charge

The hypocrisy stinks to heaven

When you don't have anything reasonable to say in a public forum, close your mouth....it makes you look wiser than you are, or at least, it will hide your foolishness...stop defending double standards and stupidity.

You have no right to tell anyone to keep quiet. The era of bullying people for their opinions is long gone. You can't keep acting like savages everywhere.

Like the guy said, no one will protest for anybody. If you feel you have legitimate reasons to protest, then protest. But trying to blackmail others won't work.

They have a right to do whatever pleases them. In their wisdom or stupidity back then, they protested. In the same wisdom or stupidity now, they choose not to protest and they are entitled to make that decision. You are equally a Nigerian, or are you allergic to protesting?

Ah yes, those people who protested in 2012, not realizing that they were wrong and even wronger.

We live with the result of their choices.

Wole Soyinka had been protesting against successive governments since the 1960s, he is now over 90 years. If you have any shame at all, you will not expect an over 90 years old man to help you fight for your right. He helped your great grandfather to fight for his rights, he helped your grandfather to fight for his rights, he helped your father to fight for his rights, he has been helping you to fight for your rights, now you want him to fight for your children’s rights, you should be ashamed of yourself

You should be ashamed of yourself for justifying hypocrisy like it's what you were born to do.
