Nice development. Epe, an LGA of Lagos, is the new Lekki phase 1 with a much bigger investor ceiling, in my opinion, because of the development and infrastructure converging on the town capable of making it a vibrant residential and business district of Lagos State.

If the urban renewal of Epe is deliberate, methodical and carefully planned then Epe is sure to become an especially commendable LGA of Lagos in the next 20 years or so.

They might even say it is Buhari that has given the investors the license to build. They never see progress. But I don't blame them. They can not reason beyond their intellectual capabilities.
