Based on the following screenshot, especially the underlined, does filing personal income tax apply to freelancers earning on platforms such as Upwork?

Please note the underlined part... Earning from Nigerian sources.

Deadline for filing is 31st of March 2026 and there's a ₦100,000 fine attached.

Please I need those who are knowledgeable in this to respond because I don't have money for fine. grin

I only needed clarification on whether a freelancer who doesn't earn from Nigerian sources should also file according to the screenshot.
