They are involved. They are only not carrying out operations themselves. They are providing the US with the necessary resources and environment. Bahrain as at this morning has started seeing an uprising with the citizens protesting and destroying government properties because of the government's involvement in this conflict. If the uprising spreads round the country and the people manage to depose the leader, it would spread to the other GCC states and this is exactly what those royal dictatorships are scared of. At the end of the day, if the GCC states decide to physically get involved in launching attacks on Iran, what is evident is that the entire infrastructure of the middle east both in Iran and the GCC states, would be destroyed. There will be no winners.
