The same budget grew in other states that you didn't mention for reasons best known to bigoted mindset. Tell me why are most Governors not performing like Enugu and Abia State Governors? It all comes down to individuals.These two Governors could have performed well 10 to 15 years ago.
Tinubu took money away from the masses, gave the Governors and subjected the ordinary citizens to harsh conditions without any form of economic damper to cushion the effect of his thoughtless policy.The same policy he hypocritically fought against just to seize power from the center.

He has started taxing people...the implementation has started and I can show u the VAT i paid and other filings I have been doing since January.
