Do not let anyone know deceive you or make you do what you don't want. If you don't want to go, don't go. It's not a job where you can be transfered to another state after some time. It's not as if you don't also have a reliable job at the moment. Think carefully before you resign.

You need to consider moving, consider leaving your loved ones, consider transport to your own state when you visit and back to work. Family is everything. You must also consider the salary, if that job worth it. Does it worth the sacrifices you are about to make? If it doesn't worth the sacrifices, decline now and hope you get a better one close by someday or perhaps continue with the one at hand until retirement.
