Could it be that the space of one month is the moment of benefits of doubt?

If you hire a worker based on his work experience elsewhere,and he comes and start doing different thing which you knew him for before you hired him,won't you give him time and expect him to change? and if he does,won't you start calling him out after given him time?

I don't just call coaches and players out for the sake of it. They usually earn it.

The difference between me and you others,is that you make a god out of most of these coaches and players which makes it practically impossible for you to criticize them even when they are failing at their primary duty.
