Where will the govt get money to pay 50m soldiers.....but he's on record to have increased the pay of men of the armed forces.

LG autonomy,the electricity act that has allowed states to generate their own power and regulate their own markets,state police being considered now.....all these are restructuring of our hitherto dysfunctional system.

Besides, even Tinubu said he was aiming for the naira to appreciate to about 200 in the short term after his floatation. The devaluation was a shock to him and his team

All the states are still getting their allocations through their states and the chairmen are still appendages of their govs. It's the constitutional amendment signed by Buhari that moved electricity from exclusive to concurrent list that gave states the right to contribute to electricity not any act. An act cannot supersede the constitution. It's common knowledge. State police is still in audio after 3 years of being in govt. But when will the real restructuring of handing over resources of the states to them happen?

China would have a positive value if it floats its currency because its far more productive than nigeria infact the US has continually accused China of keeping the rem low deliberately so it can be more competitive in exports......you kept your naira value high so you can import toothpicks,champagne and designer perfumes while they have nothing of added value to buy from you... how won't your value go down.

It's very easy,tinubu could have left the act unsigned till now and we did be stuck with just changing the list electricity belongs if that could have gotten anything done....would aba have happened with mere changing the list electricity belonged to?
