Why are you all failing to understand the tactics of this evil regime in Tehran? If I want someone dead for instance, and I know I stay in like four states away from where the person stays, I can simply become pals with his closest neighbour who also has the same agenda as I do, fund the neighbour aggressively, and push the neighbour into making constant attempts against the person!
