If you're claiming points for NYSC, It must be 1 yr continuous work. Orientation camp and the 2 weeks break shortens it. Because that means less than 1 yr at PPA.
Only exception is you stay back at ppa after pop to complete 12 continuous month.
Speaking from experience

Harmony63:
Hello everyone

Has anyone recently use NYSC as 1 year foreign experience?

If yes, how do you prove the 1 month salary that was paid in the camp?

Try out Sask PNP. The requirements are quite easy. I'm also in the Sask PNP pool

You're going to mess around and get yourself hooked for misrepresentation, first your openness and eagerness to lying and misrepresentation does not bode well for you, all members of the five eyes alliance share immigration data. Don't tell so many lies that would require many more lies to cover up.

First you need to calm down, your NYSC work does not satisfy the full time for one year requirement because camping and terminal leave eats into almost 2 months of the scheme, unless again you keep working there after your NYSC has elapsed, so you simply don't have the requisite experience to qualify for the FSW programme.

So you need to get a job whose duties tie closely to the future NOC you will use for your application, make sure you are paid, document mode of payment, payslips, taxes, work ID.

You can simply include your "previous work" in personal history where you won't be required to provide any evidence for it.

Again next time you're offered a shortcut please hesitate and consider how it might affect your future opportunities, if you don't take anything else from me take this advice. Don't go and get another "arrangée" job to prove work experience you might be required to submit bank statements and tax records. Don't run the risk of misrepresentation, don't destroy your future.
Hi. Thanks for the advice. I'll take it seriously.

I've now begun looking for another job and will be documenting properly moving forward.

Again, thank you.

Good day guys,
Please quick question
Do people get approved by submitting just reference letters?
Re: Canadian Express Entry/Federal Skilled Worker Program - Connect Here Part 11 by chimzyblack(m): 12:37pm On Mar 31
Reference letters are supposed to be enough, but the payslip or account statement showing salary payments gives more credibility to your application.
So by any means necessary try to attach a payslip to your reference letters.

Someone please advise on this, my sister works as an early years teacher in a small school, the owner of the school pays her through her personal account cos the school has no bank account and sometimes pays by cash in the envelope. She’s been working there for a year and some few months. How can she prove paid employment with this job?

This has been used successfully. Indicate one month was paid in cash in your ref letter. Read back on this thread, you will see several posts from people that have used it.

Re: Canadian Express Entry/Federal Skilled Worker Program - Connect Here Part 11 by PrettyRX: 5:53pm On Apr 01
You have to provide extra documentation like employer tax paye filed for you. Bank statements showing you deposited your salary after collecting cash etc

Good day house, I am presently learning French so as to be in the French category but what I actually want to know is, in the meantime while I’m learning French, I want to do CELPIP/IELTS and just be in the pool since my profile expired.

I want to ask what are my chances of EE going through past round of invitations, I see that the categories are majorly PNP, CEC and French. Can I just go ahead and do the exam and just get in the pool while I’m still learning French which will take some time?

I also plan on doing PMP certification exam which is I want to schedule around May, what will be my chances of using this project management certification likewise? Thanks

English test is a must, you can go ahead to take it and join the pool while you continue with your French. It's profitable being in the pool, who knows you might be lucky with a PNP.

Please quick question.
If one also decides to go this French Language Category route, I believe one has to write something called TEF or so.
Does this TEF exam result expire?

Hello, please I’ve been trying to evaluate my LLB with IQAS, after uploading my details, this is what comes up on my credentials ” One or more of your credentials are associated with an institution that may not be recognized or accepted by IQAS:
• Bachelor of Laws (LL.B)” can anyone please advise on what to do
I graduated from Lagos state university (LLB), I don’t know why it’s showing that my institution isn’t recognized, I need help please
If you haven’t paid for the evaluation just do CES.
Re: Canadian Express Entry/Federal Skilled Worker Program - Connect Here Part 11 by PrettyRX: 11:11pm On Apr 04
Better be careful with whatever you do, it should be within the boundaries of your visa. For future security and inadmissibility background checks.

Hello all, please advise.

I'm a BSc Nurse with 4 years experience in a federal teaching hospital. My spouse also works in tech in the healthcare sector too with 5years experience.

We both wrote ielts and I have a 7.0 while my spouse has 8.0.

How do you advise that we proceed?

Please, I need someone that can hold me by the hand and walk me through this entire process from scratch.

I'm willing to pay a token for this service.

I graduated from LASU & I did my evaluation with IQAS and few weeks ago I got my ECA report, LLB evaluated as Professional degree.
So may be what you stated is a new development.
Did you get in the pool?

I want to start the process now, I'm skeptical while evaluating with IQAS, is there any need to evaluate BL(Law school)?

Hello house. Can one do PTE-core instead of IELTS? Has anyone one here written it and how was it? I notice people only talk about IELTS and CELPIP.
