Here they are having a meeting after boycotting another meeting called by governor Yusuf Kabir. Notice how none of them is wearing the slave chain insignia cap. We warned Tinubu not to upset the cart in Kano but his greed wouldn't allow. The same will be the case in several APC states with newly defected governors.

Many of us in this forum analyse Nigeria's politics without sentiments or emotions..we come here to learn from other brilliant minds. When you pick this kind of bias, we both will not learn anything.

Back to your beautiful point...the issue here is power rotation.

It's a huge factor. When SE voted OBJ...he was contesting against another SW man.
Tinubu won't win SW 100% in 2023, because a PO was a force and the performance of the incumbent at the time worked against him.
There was partial acceptance within the APC circle.

We can't compare those events with what we have now..
1. Regional power rotation favours him
.2 He will go into this election as a ruling party candidate that has almost everyone in his party's support.

That's why I think it will be an herculean task to defeat him.

Remember how Jonathan lost....a powerful block from PDP moved to APC..with almost 5 Governors..joining forces with an election veteran called Buhari and backed by Tinubu's powers in SW.

PDP's reign started with North + East as a strong base
APC reign started with North + West strong base shey you see the dynamics
