The land of Israel belongs to Israelites and Jews. All the tribes on the land had either been conquered, or assimilated or inter-married with Israelites and the Israelites had produced several kings on the land in their long history.
The ''Palestinians'' are Arabs from Syria, Egypt, Jordan who migrated to live in the land of Israel but refused to leave when the State of Israel was declared in 1948. What was the punishment before this law was life sentence. Why do Islamic terrorists hamas keep Isrealis to use them for prisoners exchange?

Yahya Sinwar: Released in the 2011 Gilad Shalit exchange while serving four life sentences for kidnapping and killing Israeli soldiers, he later became the leader of Hamas in Gaza and a mastermind of the October 7, 2023, attacks.

Zakaria Zubeidi & Wael Qassem: Released in January 2025 during hostage negotiations;
Zubeidi was a former Al-Aqsa Martyrs' Brigades leader involved in a 2002 attack, and Qassem was serving 35 life sentences for leading attacks in 2002.

Ahmed Barghouti: Released in February 2025, he was serving 13 life sentences for attacks during the Second Intifada.

Ziad Hassan Awad: Released in 2011, he was later re-arrested for the 2014 killing of an Israeli police officer.

Abd al-Aziz Salehi & Mona Jaud Awana: Both released in the 2011 Shalit exchange for their roles in fatal attacks, including the 2000 Ramallah lynching.
