I saw they reverted after 6weeks from the previous aptitude test I had with them. I think from my calculation, it took them one month to conduct the aptitude test. That's was in 2022 though. Same Saville Consulting conducted the test. Let's hope for the best as we patiently wait for their feedback

I was not called for the next stage,my application status did not change,I don't understand,if you know anyone I can contact ,let me know.
The application is just stagnant, never progressed to another stage.
I did not receive rejection email.
What am I supposed to do?
Re: Totalenergies EP Nigeria 2024 Recruitment by badmamajama4lif: 10:09am On Mar 17
I think you should send a follow-up email to the recruitment email address, because they have had a 2024 and 2025 (still ongoing) recruitment exercise after that. I'm also not sure if the success ones from the 2024 recruitment process have resumed. The last I heard is that they received their offer letters since April 2025 and are waiting to resume.

When you say 'recruitment agency" it suggests a contract role. If it's for a full-time permanent position you should email the recruitment team.

Please what are the technical assessment questions like
TotalEnergies technical assessment is:
A mix of:
1. Aptitude test (reasoning + speed)

2. Technical questions, that is questions from your field

3. Problem-solving scenarios

The aim of the TotalEnergies Technical Assessment is to see if you can think like a professional, not just pass exams.

Depends on the role. Maintenance did not do any technical assessment as part of the first one

I wrote for Subsea Engineer role in the last test, and we had 2 sections for the test. Section 1 was aptitude test (saville) and section 2 was technical questions based on the role.
I guess they are progressing those that that did not have technical test in the last test, I might be wrong though.
Re: Totalenergies EP Nigeria 2024 Recruitment by TechPEE:
You're very correct.
The assessment came with technical section.
All the roles advertised were technical roles.
I think charlatans have invaded this space.

My brother I dunno what U mean by Charlartans if you check properly you will observe that there wasnt any serious input from those that wrote for Maintenance Engineering. We dint write technical and when u guys were talking about Technical then I was following the space that time but I was very confused. I come the think say na my own different. Also Maintenance role in the job advert said 0-3yrs experience and that seems to be the reason why they dint give technical test then.. I believe they are progressing people in maintenance to technical assessment or they later decided to conduct technical tests for maintenance roles and I was invited.. I have over 5yrs experience but still applied then.. I dnt even knw what to expect.. how was your own technical exam and how grounded/deep expertise wise was it? They said from the guide that it will be 20mins. @TechPEE @Thenext
Re: Totalenergies EP Nigeria 2024 Recruitment by TechPEE:
The message may not be for you.
Regarding the technical assessment, it was purely on the fundamental skills requirement of the role you applied for. I think it was about 40 questions if I'm not mistaking. Purely technical/role-based skills. They are not academic questions.

For the Subsea Engineer role, the technical section is basically about the role. If you have experience it will be easy one for you.
For Subsea Engineer role I think 35 questions for 25mins or thereabouts. Like I said if you are experienced, the time will be too much for you.
