vickthorious:The following is a concise summary of the Coronation Graduate Trainee Assessment Centre stage: The Assessment Centre typically includes multiple assessments/evaluation activities designed to test both technical and professional skills. Candidates usually complete: 1. Written exercises (essay writing, e-basket tasks, or Microsoft Office tasks) to assess analytical ability and communication skills. 2. Group discussions or case studies to evaluate teamwork, leadership, and problem-solving ability. 3. Individual presentations to test confidence, structured thinking, and clarity of expression. 4. One-on-one interviews focused on motivation, competency-based questions, and understanding of the company. The assessment may last a full day and can be virtual or physical.
