They borrow and share among governors. That's why all governors is in the bag. Who no want free money to spend anyhow and as you like without anyone questioning you?

The lending institutions are willing to give loans. It is their business and that is why they exist.
There are a few people in the lending institution and the federal government who get commissions from loans.
The lender does not care whether the borrower uses the funds properly or not. The lender only wants the borrower to accept the terms and conditions of the loan, whatever those terms may be.

Loans are not productive income so they are primary fuel for inflation and when you borrow to do things that cannot ROI you suffer both inflation and economic strangulation.

Kindly excuse the average Nigerian for not applauding Tinumbu's efforts because things are still extremely difficult. Difficulty occasioned by Tinumbu's policies, regardless of how well intentioned or thought out they are. Fuel is expensive.....no electricity, security is in tatters but we see them in opulence on TV and social media......
