Israel should have sought a win-win silutiom with Iran.

Had Israel decided to improve the lot of Palestinians in both the West Bank and Gaza for decades, these wars would never have happened.

All these are not options for Israel. Israel's goal is to be the only unchallenged hegemon in the region hence the reason for this war.
