You've got it spot on. Obi is a charlatan to everybody but his people who view him the messiah when nada in his leadership history shows he is anything but a below average leader.

We ask them regularly who and what Obi mentored/built to the level of greatness as other genuine and fitting leaders do with ease.

You are the one that doesn't understand Nigeria politics and reality in a dynamic political environment. There is something called dynamic risk assessment. 2023 risk assessment can't be used for 2027. Things have changed and that is the reason they have all come together.
