A nation divided and the call for cessation No clear unity among the various ethnic groups that's necessary for economic and national growth This stems from non inclusiveness and perceived marginalisation, suspicions, hatred and bigotry This has necessitates calls for cessation by some nationalities This's not about the size of the country Nigeria not bigger than India, China or America some of which are more porpulous than us How do we go to reconcile and bring together the ethnic nationalities to build a formidable nation This and others still on the forum with Comrd Obehi Ighagbon |

Any trade that wants to secede should do so, as everyone's fully represented at the legislative arm of government. Let's stop deceiving ourselves here. If the Ibos want to leave, let them impress it upon their leaders to initiate the move and the rest of the country will see.that they're ready. My opinion is that nobody wants to leave. The ones who're agitating now are doing so because they're not in government, looting as everyone else. Ask an average Ibo political leader if he wants Biafra and they'll tell you no. Let's stop being stupid with this secession stuff. We know what to do to get it. |

Arkmanbuddy:Should the question be directed at Igbo leaders who have sold out the region or to the average Igbo person? I'll tell you. No Igbo person wants to be in this contraption. It's just the political will and the willingness to be ready to give their life for it that it witholding the necessary action. Don't ever feel we don't want it. While I don't have anything against Yorubas (I love them very much, my gf is Yoruba) and the North, I have no interest in being in the same country with them anymore. |

NaijaHelper1:Then the ball is in your court! Pressure your leaders to do what you want. Why do you keep saying that you want to leave yet elect leaders who don't share your aspirations? Start from there and see what happens next. |
