Propaganda, not Facts. The new leaders in Iran are more radicalised than the previous. If Iran is destroyed as you claim why don't the Americans just open the Straight of Hormuz? . Iranian leaders (if you'd call them that) have finally admitted they've been talking to US. The war is basically over and Iran lost big!
They literally LOST far more people, wealth, and infrastructure
Their hardliners are gone. Those there now are behind the scenes amenable to US though they try to pretend to the world they're not. The old Iran is gone forever, never mind the window dressing
What has the war achieved for US despite that US itself is not scratched?
1) Iran has been neutered - no Navy, Airforce, or air defence system any longer
2) Last thing on Iran's mind is nuclear weapons
3)The regime has changed - the hardliners and strategist are gone snd gone forever!

US doesn't use Hormuz, doesn't need Hormuz. Why would a biz man like Trump spend his resources protecting it for others in the name of "allies"? That's the kind of thing a career politician like Biden would do. Trump doesn't do allies when it means him spending his money for you!

On Monday, Trump openly threatened to seize Iran’s oil resources, declaring that taking control of the country’s crude exports is his preferred course of action.

Speaking in an interview with the Financial Times, Trump said Sunday that he would like to "take the oil in Iran" and is considering targeting the strategic export hub of Kharg Island, which is responsible for more than 90% of Iran's oil exports.

In some of his most direct remarks on the issue, Trump said his "preference would be to take the oil."

"To be honest with you, my favorite thing is to take the oil in Iran but some stupid people back in the U.S. say: ‘Why are you doing that?’ But they’re stupid people," he said.
