Hello everyone, I’ve noticed a lot of people complaining about 'Withdrawal Failed' or getting less money than expected on Sportybet and Bet9ja lately. As of January 1, 2026, there are new regulations you need to know: NIN Linkage: Your betting account must match your NIN exactly or your money will be trapped. 5% WHT Tax: If you are in Lagos, 5% is now being deducted automatically by LIRS. 15% PIT: For big winnings over 800k, there’s an extra tax bracket. I found a very helpful 2026 Betting Utility Hub called Giant Pluse that has a free tool to check your tax and a guide to fix the NIN withdrawal issue. It also has a clean booking code converter that works for Sportybet and Bet9ja without all those annoying ads. You can check your tax breakdown or fix your withdrawal status here: 👉 https://www.giantpluse.name.ng/ Hope this helps someone avoid losing their winnings this weekend! Has anyone else been hit by the new tax yet?
