A ceasefire is a form of an end to a war. Also exchange of messages in regards to ending the war is a form of negotiation. There is no hard rule on how negotiations are done. The Minister even stated their demands...that's what's done during negotiations. They should stop playing with words. Trump always wins when his opponents are not being sincere.

Iran has Donald Trump to thank for this situation; otherwise, Israel would have targeted everything, both military and civilian. Iran believes it can bomb civilians and public infrastructure in Israel without facing consequences. However, Israel is furious and ready to retaliate decisively if not for the restraint demanded by Trump.
