INEC chairman is supposed to resign with immediate alacrity.
But he won't become this is NIGERIA.
They want to pull the labour party crises again here in ADC but they failed so badly.

Can’t hold brief for anyone on this matter, but let’s set aside emotions for a moment and think logically. This memo changes nothing. INEC only interpreted a court judgment, which formed the basis of its recent action. So whether or not they received notification of resignation is immaterial. ADC should stop playing to the gallery and address this matter squarely in court.

. If you read it well, it says "...accepted by the National working committee of the party". This is the old NWC not the new.

ADC is completely shameless & shamelessly incomplete.

When I saw the headline, I assumed that a copy of the so-called RESIGNATION LETTER by Nafiu Bala would be posted online. You refused to post it because you know it doesn’t exist and that if you dare post a FAKE RESIGNATION LETTER, you will do JAIL.

An EXCO can notify INEC of someone’s resignation but if they are lying about it, in order to achieve an agenda, INEC is not bound to accept it, but if they already accepted it, they can revisit the matter later.

A forged letter was attached in the communication to INEC. The man clearly said he did not resign. Again, in what capacity did Ralph Nwosu wrote this letter to INEC on 21st July when David Mark took over as Acting National Chairman on 2nd July 2025?

Is it David Mark that is the next person to him?

Was David Mark a member of original ADC before he was suddenly made chairman?
