No, the doctors are very smart, they easily know the symptoms, except the person didn't use any medical hospital while diagnosing the cause of his/her sickness. The HIV patients and those who are close to them can know those who have it even without medical test.

The only problem with hiv is stigmatisation, once infected people will start judging you without knowing your story... There are more deadly diseases killings people than hiv. HIV is just like malaria now. Do you know that hiv patients are being pampered in the hospital 😂😂, medication ls are even free
