Might have been better to form a new party from scratch.

The problem with moving to a pre-exisiting party is the prescence of disgruntled elements who would not agree with the newcomers moving in,

As seen in the ADC case. The man who took the case to court...did so because he refused to agree to the movement and take over of his party by the newcomers. At best he should have been appeased. But the sad thing is that he was not...and thus he became a useful weapon in the hands of APC. Same issue with Wike and the PDP.

I don't blame INEC...INEC Is forced to obey court orders, nor do I blame the court. In my humble opinion, it might have been better to form a new party.

That is what APC did when they were in opposiiton. They formed a new party. They did not move into a pre-existing party to displace the members there, and create a nice gateway for the then ruling PDP to destabilze them.

THe same mistake made with LP, where Obi moving in created issues (fortunately they did not manifest until after the elections)...which led to LP going from a potential national party into a party divided into three factions, one of which was a APC trojan virus....which eventually forced Obi out of the party, is the same mistake made with ADC

Let's hope the ADC can get that disgruntled member on their side, fast, or failing which, register a new party quickly. Nigerians are angry with the APC and will vote them out, but the last thing Nigerians need is a lack of a visible united alternative to APC.]
. You have always been a pro APC boy here masked in the euphoria of neutrality. You are so terrible at it because you have given yourself out long time ago

Nope, he did say he erred. See his comment in response to Festus Ogun.

Their legal team erred by doing the wrong thing for their case.
So the legal team interpreted the judgement?
The end was always the same...

In another likewise suit filed by Abejide, ADC has been complaining that the Judge is bias but yet the Judge has carried on.....it's always the same end.
I am bothered about INEC but I know Nwite to be a very good Judge.

If I am pro-APC, that means that tinubu has removed subsidy on power, and is also industrializing nigeria to the point that we are exporting industrial products to the world. And he has fought corruption and he has ended his link with alpha beta, and he is diversifying our economy.

He hasn't done that, so I am not pro-APC.

You are calling me pro-APC because of my stand on subsidy removal...which I have held since 2011. Because the problem with subsidy today now is that it takes money away from other sectors of the budget, and replaces them with loans

GEJ woke me up

Seriously man Go and read about consumption subsides and why they are bad. I did that in 2011, and here i am

Get off my mentions too by the way. Why abuse me by saying I support corrupt politicans because I support sane economic policies.

U want the President to help you organize your party
How many opposition parties did Obasanjo destroyed?

What about Musa Yardua and Jonathan?

You are seeing what is happening and you are also asking questions because of where you are coming from.

You will never maintain this position if that person is not the president today.

Somebody once asked a question;

IS HYPOCRISY PART OF YOUR CULTURE?

Young man who cannot see that Tinubu and the ADC folks are different sides of the same coin all stealing from us! Association of Disgruntled Comrades ADC. The pot bellied grasshopper is there as well. Babachir Lawal made a big fool of himself pontificating about good governance when we all know that he is a certified thief dismissed from his position for corruption. Ordinary electricity Tinubu cannot fix. He failed. None of his ADC friends are bold enough to promise us stable electricity. Shame to you all for making us a laughing stock in the comity of nations!
