Ralph Okey Nwosu RESIGNED as ADC CHAIRMAN on JULY 2, 2025.

David Mark emerged as Caretaker Chairman of ADC on JULY 2, 2025.

On JULY 21, 2025, the same Ralph Okey Nwosu wrote a letter to INEC, notifying the commission of the resignation of Nafiu Bala as Deputy National Chairman.

I ask again;
1. Can someone who has resigned as National Chairman of a political party write INEC, 19 days after his resignation?

2. In the letter to INEC dated July 19, 2025, signed by Okey Nwosu, who at that time was ADC FORMER CHAIRMAN, it was claimed that Nafiu Bala Gombe resigned on May 17, 2025 (He has denied the resignation). Why was INEC not notified until July 21, 2025?

3. Is that how political parties wait for more than TWO MONTHS before notifying INEC of changes in their leaderships?

4. If based on this letter to INEC, as at JULY 2, 2025, that Ralph Okey Nwosu RESIGNED, Nafiu Bala had not officially resigned as Deputy National Chairman, who should have become Acting National Chairman of ADC upon resignation of the Chairman?

Nafiu Gombe was the deputy chairman who could've automatically been the chairman after the resignation of the chairman. David Mark and his cohorts ignored and refused to negotiate his resignation with him.

He simply went to court to seek redress for the lawless behavior of Mark and Aregbe who more or less hijacked the party structure without proper process.

Moreover, his resignation was forged by the hijackers: they presented a national resignation letter without a local letter addressed to his local ward chairman.

When the high court asked David Mark to come explain why no action should be taken against his faction, he refused to appear. He went straight to the appeal court which turned him back to responded to the high court.

Now, the appral court has ordered INEC to not take any decision that'd jeopardize the case in the high court, which means INEC must not recognize any faction at the moment: Mark or Gombe!

I don't know why they are blaming Tinubu, INEC and the judiciary for this their truncated hijacking of the party structure which is being challenged by the substantive ADC deputy National Chairman.

See as the Nwosu guy resign and then 2 months later wrote to INEC under the auspices as National Chairman to inform INEC that his deputy has resigned.
