You Are The Author Of Your Fate - APC To ADC
Quite apart from being an assembly of Nigeria’s most confused and desperate politicians, the African Democratic Congress (ADC) has distinguished itself as a peddler of rabid conspiracy theories about what the All Progressives Congress (APC) is or is not doing to undermine the party.

The ADC is a party that never was. By design, it was a kamikaze contraption with a “follow-come” self-destructive detonator. It had to unravel and is now unravelling fast by instalment.

When it’s factional leadership under the duo of David Mark and Rauf Aregbesola parachuted into the party like thoughtless, planless commandos and hijacked the party in violent violation of its constitutional stipulations regarding leadership succession and in disregard of the rule of law, the ADC set its own date with destiny.

The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC’s) decision to de-recognise the factional David Mark-led executives in compliance with the judgment of the court is valid in law, justified in fact, and consistent with electoral policy and democratic practice. It is the consequence of the Party’s reckless and desperate misadventure.

It is therefore highly escapist and irresponsible for the ADC to blame the APC for its internal woes, of which they are the sole architects.

The ADC’s unwillingness to take responsibility for its miserable failure to follow due process, order its internal affairs, and manage its self-inflicted crisis makes ADC grossly unfit as a platform to be taken seriously by Nigerians. A party that cannot fix itself cannot possibly fix Nigeria.

The ADC has absolutely nothing to offer more than its senseless attacks against the APC. Attacking the APC seems to be its cardinal commitment and manifesto. It is a party bereft of ideas and lost in vain desperation for power.

Our great party and the administration of President Bola Tinubu remain steadfast in delivering on the Renewed Hope Agenda and strengthening democratic institutions for the peace, unity and prosperity of all Nigerians.

Signed:

Felix Morka, CON
National Publicity Secretary
All Progressives Congress (APC)

By now it should be clear to all that democracy has failed in Nigeria due to the greed of one man to hold on to power at any cost.

Ironically, according to Tinubu himself, political power is not served at a restaurant à la carte. By all means necessary, you have to fight for it, grab it, and run with it.

This is exactly what will play out for them in the next few months

Hehehe! APC can continue for all it care. Someone said we will continue to pour sand in their garri. All these political shenenighans are handiworks of the APC accept or deny it. However, impunity and lawlessness always have a beginning and an ignoble end.

[b]To Tinubu and the APC, if Nigeria is to mature as a democracy, its electoral system must be improved.

Tinubu decried the fact that those who control the system manipulate elections with such impunity that they now see misconduct without sanction as a normal way of life.

All the parties in Nigeria are the same. There is no such thing as APC, ADC or PDP. It's just the same politicians.

A group of people are so desperate to remove Tinubu from power that they would rather vote the people that destroyed the country back into power. It takes a high level of desperation to want people like David Mark, Malami, Emefiele, Aregbesola back into power. With their long track records of failure, some people want to hand Nigeria back to them. It's baffling.

It is very clear to all Nigerians now that APC Tinubu lost the 2023 general election but was rigged in.

It is also very clear to Nigerians now that APC is the one causing commotion and different factions in the opposition parties.

Let the structure of criminality people as postulated by Gregory Obi put their house in order and stop blaming APC for their woes. They use their own influence, power and force to hijack party from the original members, they merry about it but when the court and INEC knack them 2 by 2 for their forehead they started blaming APC, bunch of unserious fellows. I would have taken them serious had it been their hands are clean. Most of their members wine and dine with Buhari and siphoned public funds. When they were stealing public funds did they remember the masses? Did they remember that there are some people that couldn't afford three square meal? Did they remember that the billions they stole is enough to take millions of Nigeria out of poverty? Did they remember that some families are battling for their life in public hospitals unable to afford the cost of their treatment?

Why can't they form their own party from scratch?

This is what I don't understand.

They say they have the peoples support so why not form a political party from same support base?

This is how Obi caused problem in LP only to run away from the huge pile of shit he dumped on it and then ran to join another hijacking squad that set their eyes on the ADC.

APc is that party that brought Buhari

the one that took eight months to appoint his ministers... yeah that's Buhari

The one that nurtured fulani herdsmen crisis and made insecurity fester..
APc today gave you Balablu , Tinubu the 74yr old president, that a 77 yr old chaperones around..
The one that removed subsidy but borrows like no tomorrow, this week was 6 billion dollars, I'm sure his supporters think their generation is exempted from paying for it..

That's The APc that is talking
The ones that criminals join and becomes saints, as Oshomole the international masseurs said

Nigerians are not fools, it was immediately Kwakwanso joined the ADC that Ganduje and Abba Yusuf had a meeting with PBAT.

The third day the Appeal Court upheld the suit validating the factional former Vice Chairman's status whilst an immediate change of exco led by David Mark was done by INEC. The party had no issues until Kwakwanso and strategic NNPP members decamped.

Accord Party in Osun State had no Problem until Adeleke joined.

ADC appears to have messed up the transition to its new executive. They also messed up the court case filed by the party's erstwhile Vice Chairman. They have some time now to return to the Federal High Court and argue their case, and if it is merited, get a favourable decision.

Shouting APC, one party state, Abacha etc up and down is not going to help the party.

They're trying to whip up young people to protest - nobody is even answering them. I remember how difficult it was to get a passport when Mr Aregbesola was Minister for Interior. Today, the young Minister has transformed the entire process beyond recognition. No more waiting for a year, and endless bribing.

Yet, it is that Mr Aregbesola, who was a failed Minister just over 2 years ago that now says he wants to save Nigerian huh What a joke.

They should pack themselves and their children to protest.

If they don't quickly return to FHC as the Court of Appeal directed, and keep wasting their time on Arise TV, they will only have themselves to blame.

On election day, voters will vote for the parties listed on the ballot paper. If ADC is amongst the listed parties, those who want to vote for them will vote for them.

If ADC, through its own fault, is not amongst the listed parties, then tough luck. The election will hold and a winner will be declared.

So Ganduje and ABBA Yusuf are barred by the Nigerian constitution from meeting the president to discuss their party's affairs.

Only ADC party members are permitted to meet?

Did you read APC's response to ADC? You are truly acting like ADC. Do the right thing and stop all these Lamentations of Advanced Desperate Corp. Why didn't ADC attempt to start on a clean slate. Just register your own party and everything will be clean.

You want to copy APC but you copied her wrongly. When the consequences come you wipe up public sentiment.

You are wrong. The main issues are opportunism, gate crashing and hijacking of positions in existing parties. Register your party and you will not have issues. They will not. They want the easy way out.

Is there any president that promoted opposition? Not even in the US. It's a natural thing for the ruling party to want to demystify the opposition but the opposition parties must be up and doing, strong and united.

You bought a Party, hijacked it and expelled the original occupants and inhabitants of the party and you expect them not to approach Court for interpretation of the party constitution?
