Hello Nairalanders, My Toks car just arrived with a torn leather seat, does anyone know where I can fix this.

I've seen a lot of upholstery workers but I'm not satisfied by their result, I want a very perfect job, I want same leather colour and quality

Also, some upholsterers remove the seat back cover and they never put it back as it was, I hate any inch of imperfection. Please recommend someone who can do a very clean job

where do you live exactly

No need,it's an old car,acura tl 09 model. Buy leather patch on aliexpress, they have the same colour as your seat paste it on the side that has worn out. It will last forever.
If u decide to do upholstery work
That back seat cover that covers the seat springs ,is a factory job that has a machine to compress the glue and it sticks forever. Naija upholstery repair no get am. Pls leave it that way. I drove a 2007 car and it's leather and I don't expect it to be intact,considering leather hates heat,plus it's a very odlld car.your own even bad pass my own but I patched it with the leather sticker...I nonfot shout.

What year is your Tl? Is it fwd or shawd? If you don't mind, how much did everything cost you to bring it down here.

Btw, it's a known problem with acura tl seat to pill from the side. You can get an upholstery to fix it, just the pilling side. It will be ok! But overhauling the whole seat will look terrible. Don't do it!

I'll just fix that sides. I don't trust our people enough to do the whole seats. Worse case, I get seat covers. Thank You
