Habbeyy:ADV is frustrating itself. First they have no business going on appeal to a mere pronouncements by the High Court which in my opinion favours David Mark NWC when it was made |

With this presidency I realized Tinubu was just a mere Coward been celebrated by his stupid kinsmen as a Master strategist. His strategy is just to crush the opposition with any available means and not based on ideology or goodwill |

AD C should get their acts together. INEC Chairman is not the problem. Their wuruwuru ways got them into this mess. They should finalise the deal on the party they bought, so those they met within will align with them for peace to reign. |

No body expect reasonable comments from those from other side. Nothing will happen if ADC failed to fill candidates for the next general election. And if they win and not declare based on court order nothing will happen. It happened to APC in Zamfara, Rivers and Bayelsa. It also happened to PDP in Plateau heaven didn't fall. When court decision favour opposition, it is the for democracy. When it favour the ruling party, democracy is in danger. Even the Media will help them simplify it. |

Gotocourt:Turnout was 25% in 2023, very low. When Buhari won election in 2015, turnout in his strongholds was as high as 70%. |

Court and inec interference in a party's internal problem is too much. If a party have internal rancor, it will be only wise they settle themselves without all this interference. What the ruling party are doing isn't wise a bit and might backfire badly on them. You are uniting people against you and giving the ADC unwarranted publicity. This isn't smartness! |
| Re: Amupitan: If ADC Goes Ahead With Convention, It Won't Be Declared Winner by seunmsg(m): 4:03pm On Apr 03 |
Omoboricash:That is a very fraudulent interpretation. In the cases of Zamfara and Plateau, INEC declared all the winners victorious before the courts ruled otherwise. The same will apply to ADC if they refuse to toe the path of legality. The chairman never said he will not declare them winner if they win. Let's stop lying against others just because of politics. |

Please go Watch the interview to get what he actually said, not reading the captions by social media actors that quote people out of context (editing out his previous or concluding part of a response). Get to know the question he was asked and then lostembcarefilybyo his presentation. They've edited out what he said preamble. |

It's curious why inec is trying to take over the duty of the courts. Why didn't they take this position immediately the ruling was delivered. Why wait for months. They should have approached the court to seek interpretation of the status quo Because if they are wrong in thier interpretation of the ruling then they have engaged in a bigger injustice with far reaching consequences. |

The law has no emotions. ADC should follow INEC guidelines. Avoid making avoidable mistakes |
| Re: Amupitan: If ADC Goes Ahead With Convention, It Won't Be Declared Winner by Wickedfact: 4:06pm On Apr 03 |
Capernum:First of all, there will be no massive victory. ADC couldn't win a single seat in off season elections in Elrufai's state, Atiku's state and Obi's state. Secondly, ADC is being advised by legal rookies. They either are deliberately sabotaging the party or they are genuinely ignorant. Thirdly, if ADC doesn't comply with legal requirements, they are gone. It happened to APC before in 2 states. Finally, any attempt at violence will be handled violently. No one has the monopoly of violence. Go and ask the Russian flag protesters and others like them. |
