An INEC chairman shouldn't be so careless with his remarks. Such a pronouncement can only be made by the supreme court. Amupitan is showing his bias.

He can do so untill the supreme court says otherwise.

Turnout was 25% in 2023, very low. When Buhari won election in 2015, turnout in his strongholds was as high as 70%.
