"Those that are calling for anyone to come and intervene in Nigeria, we are waiting for the person that would come and intervene, they would go back in body bags," - Elrufai threatening Foreign Election Observers on February 5, 2019, during a live interview on the Nigerian Television Authority (NTA) ahead of the 2019 general elections. The statement was directed at foreign powers, specifically mentioning the European Union, United States, and Britain, who had expressed concerns over the suspension of Nigeria's Chief Justice, Walter Onnoghen, at the time. El-Rufai defended his statement, saying it was a "powerful defence of sovereignty" and not a call for violence. He argued he was warning against "undue interference" by foreign countries in Nigeria's internal affairs. ......... interesting times! |

This is very good. If Bola Tinubu continues along his undemocratic path, then the international community must begin to look at the possibility of IMPOSING SANCTIONS ON HIM AND AGENTS OF HIS GOVERNMENT |

DeepSight:They haven't learnt. And if Nigeria takes the toll of a military dictatorship, it would take only the grace of God to come out of it. It's then most people would really understand what freedom is ranging from freedom of speech, freedom of expression and freedom of movement. Anyway, let the political class be doing, when it happens, that money they feel they have in most Nigerian banks will be frozen and their assets confiscated. Even our judiciary that has collapsed inside of the executive, will become useless, I shaa they pity the judges and lawyers many of them go change profession ![]() Some of them might end up becoming DJs and event planners make them dey do ![]() |

The only way an opposition can win Tinubu only if you bring in the likes of Ngozi Okonjo, Sanusi Lamido, Femi Adeshina, and high level technocrats ... But as long as you keep offering these people that share the same traits with Tinubu ...Just let Tinubu continue... |

ogododo:Tinubu already beats you to it. It means all what you people are planning in the closet, he hears even before you leave the meeting. The factional ADC chairman has already been activated to start the Global propaganda before you. Official letter is already with US embassy asking to put sanctions on you people. Thank you for your attention to this matter. |

if this ADC option fails , i doubt if that coalition will stand . i wont be surprised if major political actors in the opposition starts finding different parties to use . they have no choice but to make sure this adc issue is settled , if not nigerians wont even take them serious again . ADC name has gained a lot of ground and popularity that dumping it now for another party or platform may automatically kill the supposition chances at the general elections |

Galactics:Trump will not do any Maduro in Nigeria, at least not when Tinubu holds sway. Don't you wonder why Trump didn't carry out any of his threats since declaring Nigeria a CPC? You think he just forgot? Trump is a businessman and once good money enters his hand, he'll change his tone immediately and say "they've made a deal, they made a deal; a very good deal". And who's the number one Yeah, you guessed right ✅️!! |

Honestly,”recent developments in Nigeria has shown that most of this insecurity issue in Nigeria is just a desperate act to frustrate the government. Simple normal due process on setting up a party, you are cutting corners and behaving in responsible,”for people that should know better?? If you know that you are having problem with the head of the party, why can’t you form a new party ? These criminal just want to have their way to commit attrocities and break the law and deceive the illiterate populace to garner sympathy! |

Nigeria’s ADC is busy making sure everything’s rosy for their next term. Seems like a good opportunity to subtly boost their image. |

I argued with those who cared to listen back then in APC primary , don't make this man your candidate, he will be too powerful if he eventually becomes president, they say no, they want jagaban, he is 'buje budanu' he like the masses. Those who ate from his "bujebudanu" in the past, they have since vomited it, in hundred-fold now, no thanks to his excruciating policies. History has repeatedly show it that fierce yesteryears opposition figures, always later become tyrants and unleash painful government, most especially in Africa. |
