There's no "lesser sin" - big or small ein is just a human moral definition which we use for apportioning punishment/judgement.

In the sight of God, all sin is a transgression and are equally rewarded with death.

Then comes the moral question: Why will you want to condemn either Peter or Judas since it was already prophesied - what if they were "predestined" to fulfill that prophecy?

I just finished schooling helinus on predestination in his thread https://www.nairaland.com/8648052/why-jesus-arrested#138998993

And we all saw judas on his own calculate that he could profit from the hatred the Pharisees had for Jesus.

So, in addition to his charges of betrayal, there is also the charge of human trafficking and false accusation

Then your sight about God on sin is ridiculous especially as God even said that we should judge an eye for an eye, a life for a life and not an a lazy one size fits all judgement
