Does Anybody Still Build Website Like This ? by silento(op): 7:36am On Apr 03
What I use to build website in 2026

I started moving more to jwt because of most web app I do needs mobile apps

For backend - Code Iginter 4 PHP (95%) - expressjs - Nodejs (5%)

Frontend -
Lit formerly lithtml for components
W3.css
Icofont
phxrouter - for routing
Html and CSS

This is what I use to build website in 2026 because I am just trying to avoid reactjs and likes of them

What about you ?

MERN STACK everytime.... Some logic used in my react can easily be used to form a small library used in React Native on mobile end.

Do not mind all these people that love to over complicate things and build apps/websites they can't scale or manage on the long run. PHP still runs over 70% of the web! The rest 30% is fragmented between over a 100 programming languages.

The versatility of PHP for web and mobile projects is unmatched especially with serious support and compatibility with frontend languages like vanilla js, css, etc.

Till today, I build powerful and serious projects in Vanilla PHP. It's awesome, fast, highly scalable, etc.

Thanks Boss, php is going nowhere grin PHP developers and programmers are some of the hardliner programmers out there, we always refuse to give up the language and it is a very solid language.

Fr bro! 😃 php works both frontend n backend
so why should I have to learn multiple language for frontend then another languages for backend 😑I’m too old for all that😂
