Thank you for the observation. If you watch carefully, tinubu stood up and also bow to him in return. Meaning they both understand the power of the sit of the president. Obasanjo once order all the obas and chiefs in yoruba land to stand up to honor the governor of the state, told them he is the number one of the state and should be treated as that. So he is actually respecting the seat of the president
