It will not be registered on time. They actually tried that already. Didn't work out.

I will advice Atiku, Obi, Amaechi, Tambuwal to approach Wike, negotiate with wike , and return to PDP.

PDP remains the only strong party that can rival APC.

With the kind of good heart wike has. I'm sure he will work with them.
Wike will not allow them in his party.
He may probably allow his brother, Amaechi to return to PDP as a fellow Ikwerre man grin

This simply shows how unserious the so-called "opposition" is at managing issues and overcoming challenges.

To imagine that these guys want to be president, but can not anticipate preventable missteps or even preempt the ruling parties' strategy is just plainly criminal. How will they manage Nigeria's problem if they can't manage ordinary party affairs?

Obi - failed in managing LP, ran away.
Atiku - failed in managing PDP, ran away.
Kwankwaso - failed in managing NNPP, ran away.
Amaechi - suffered PTSD post primaries in APC, ran away.

Bunch of jokers.....None of them are fit to be president.
+
If you are honest you will easily identify the common denominator who instigated all the "running away" you listed above. One common denominator. If your are sincere.

You talk as if you own Nigeria. Your people are shopping for another party. Why are they always shopping and not owning? They lack conflict resolution ability for an institution as small as political party but they want us to hand over Nigeria's complex problem for them to resolve.

Can you see the difference between the management of the same APC under Buhari and the matured and sound management of the party under Tinubu?
+
They don't lack any conflict management skills. That same Tinubu is the one using Federal might and money to scatter them and chase them from place to place.

In PDP he used Wike.
In LP, Lamidi Apapa/ Arabambi and that hat wearing fellow, can't remember his name.

In NNPP, he has used the Governor of Kano.

He has frustrated and chased the opposition about. It's about him. And he is doing same to ADC.

He will still hound them wherever they go and fighting a Federal corrupt purse is not easy for anyone.

There would be several others. e.g Sowore and co. What you won't have is former pdp and apc parading themselves as new Nigeria.

For heavens sake. So you really imagine those micro parties being the only opposition will make for a legitimate election?

Everyone will resign on live TV. Sign and raise the resignation letter for all to see.
ADC will remain, once primaries are concluded, SDP, ADC, PDP and LP will jointly vote one presidential candidate. Let's see how Tinubu and Wike will survive it. Now ADC has exported Tinubu's meddlesomeness. So he will be handicapped.
TINUBU IS A GONER. His only salvation is to start a war with 🇹🇩

Bala's resignation isn't even on the burner.
ADC will be their party, any other move is wrong and out.

What's on the burner is Nwosu resigned and I didn't.
Asc argument, NEC made a decision and that's final.

I know why Mark went to Court.... 😂
INEC is doing what they are doing because they don't want that Convention to hold. Once it does, it shuts everything up! That's the Koko/

Let us even for a second assume that they resigned, do they have the power to just give the position to anyone of theiir choice?

It is like an ex-coach of Real Madrid goes and meets the coach of Blackburn and tells him to resign and hand over to him just like that. NO resort to the board, no investor input, the Blackburn coach just decides on his own who to hand over. How does it even make sense?

If all the exco resign at the same time, it makes sense for an interim management from the old members to take over or the NEC takeover, not total strangers.

casualobserver:
It’s their only move.

Let’s get to the genesis of this matter.

Bala (vice chairman) went to court claiming he did not resign and that he is by the constitution of the party the acting national chairman since others had resigned. He asked the court to declare their new exco illegal. The court asked David Mark and co to come and show why Baal’s request should not be granted. They never came! Instead they went to the appeal court…… to appeal what? The lower court had not then or to date given a decision so what are you appealing? Why have they been running from the originating court?

If Bala had resigned normally and the purported letter of resignation was not forged, then they would simply have gone to the originating court and tendered the proof of resignation. They were avoiding the court because they had no proof of resignation. They dare not tender the so called resignation letter in a court of law.

It is clear the letter was forged which is why they had been avoiding responding to the originating notice.

Therefore everything done in ADC post David Mark/ Aregbesola is illegal.

Below are 1) the signatures on the purported resignation letter and the letter he wrote to the US embassy.

Looking at both, you can understand why when the high court put them on notice, they refused to respond but instead ran to the court of appeal….who also BTW dismissed their appeal and told them to go back to the high court!

In addition, Nwosu resigned on July 2, yet he wrote to INEC on July 29 as Chairman of ADC claiming Bala resigned in May! How is that possible? It is clear to everyone who has a brain what happened: Bala was not cooperating, they realized since they had all resigned except for him, he was automatically the acting chairman. So they produced a predated backdated resignation letter. The. Problem is because Nwosu had resigned, he has no legal authority to write to INEC as chairman of ADC.

All they had to do if they were legit was to go to the high court with the so called resignation letter. Why are they running away from producing the resignation letter at the high court if they are so sure he indeed resigned and the letter they are brandishing is not forged?

Can you remember that Buhari even as president had problems in APC and the national Assembly. Remember the Senate issues. Why is the same APC well managed now free from major rancour and attracting more people?

When a party is in power it is easier to control because there is someone at the top in the person of the president who has all financial and coercive tools of state
